Extranet

Our newly redeveloped customer Extranet provides our customers with an accurate and up to date hire and financial information which enables them to manage their business with us online.  The new system provides the facility to sort, filter and download information tailored to their specific business needs.  Available reports include current live hires; hire movements, invoices, statements as well as an accrural report providing an accurate estimate of the expected hire charges for a given period.  In addition to these features the Extranet allows the customer to request off-hires, report lost equipment and even query invoices on line.

Online ordering

Our new website has an online ordering facility which will allow our customers to have electronic access to our catalogue with the option to hire each item, choosing an on and off hire date, quantity and optional extras.
