XDAsTo ensure this, we have a large, committed field sales team who offer a personalised, hands-on service as well as a skilled team based at our depots and Head Office. Our employees receive regular product training so they add to their product knowledge and keep up to date with new developments. The company has recently embarked on a range of NVQ training programmes including Management level 3, Customer Service level 2 and Carrying and delivering goods level 2, which we believe will enhance the existing knowledge and skill base of our workforce as well as helping them to develop themselves and individuals.
